Intermodellbau

About

Exhibition of Model-Making and Model Sport. On land, on water, in the air and on rails: INTERMODELLBAU offers everything the modeling heart desires

Intermodellbau turns Dortmund into a meeting point for model-making enthusiasts and trade professionals from across Germany and beyond. The expo covers the full breadth of the hobby, bringing together toys and games, sports and outdoor gear, materials, manufacturing supplies, and entertainment under one roof. Visitors come for model railways, remote-controlled vehicles, ships, or aircraft — and they find a show floor built around every facet of model sport: on land, on water, in the air, and on rails. Exhibitors present kits, components, tools, and finished models, so buyers and hobbyists get a practical look at what's new in the model-making market. For companies in the toys and games sector, the show doubles as a sourcing and networking hub in the heart of the Ruhr region. And for trade visitors exploring model-making exhibitions in Germany, Intermodellbau is a focused, well-established stop on the industry calendar.
