Who we are

FindExpo (findexpo.online) is a free service for finding trade shows and wholesale markets and planning business trips: the website, mobile apps and the Telegram bot @expotravel_bot. For data questions, message @championito on Telegram.

What we collect

• Account: e-mail and password hash (e-mail sign-in) or Telegram ID, name and username (Telegram sign-in); language and interest settings.
• Your content: favorites, hidden events, calendars, routes (departure and return cities, custom stops, card positions).
• Requests you send: name, e-mail, phone, messenger, comment, and the sending IP address (spam protection).
• Worldwide services profiles (/services): who you represent and what you are looking for, country and city, company, name, e-mail, phone, messenger and the sending IP address.
• Event chat messages: nickname, text and IP address (moderation).
• Telegram bot: Telegram ID, name, username, language, chosen departure city and bot activity history (to run the bot and for statistics).
• Location — only with your permission and only to pick the nearest airport; the server stores the chosen airport, not coordinates.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type in server logs; settings in browser storage (localStorage).

Why

To search events, estimate budgets and routes, sync your calendar across devices, answer requests, fight spam and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Who receives data

• Analytics: Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor) and Google Analytics — aggregated visit statistics.
• AI search: the text of a search query is processed by DeepSeek, Voyage AI and Perplexity; we do not send personal data there.
• Partner links: Aviasales (Travelpayouts), Trip.com, Klook, Yesim, Interpreters.travel, Travala. A link takes you to the partner's site, where their terms apply. We only pass a traffic-source label, not your personal data.
• FindExpo members — only your Worldwide services profile: we forward it by hand (with the contacts you gave) to registered members whose profile matches your request. Profiles are never published; the page shows only the number of profiles per category.
• Telegram — for Telegram sign-in and in the bot.
• Machine translation: if you pick a language other than Russian or English, Google Translate translates the page text.

How long we keep it

Account data — as long as the account exists. Requests and messages — as long as needed to answer and moderate. Worldwide services profiles — until you ask us to delete them or delete the account with the same e-mail. Technical logs — for the limited time needed for operation and security.

Your rights

You can view and change your data in your profile, sign out or delete your account. For any data question, message @championito.
