Advent market around the community center on the town square

Seekirchen am Wallersee transforms its town square into a lively Advent market around the community center — and visitors come from all over Salzburg and beyond. You'll find stalls selling glühwein, roasted chestnuts, and regional specialties, plus handmade crafts, jewelry, and seasonal art and design pieces from local makers. Live music, children's activities, and traditional performances keep things going all evening long. For food and beverage producers, artisans, and designers, this Christmas market in Austria offers a relaxed setting to reach shoppers hunting for distinctive gifts. Exhibitors connect directly with families and tourists who come back year after year. That's what makes it such a dependable stop on any European Christmas market itinerary.
