Tasmania, called 'New Scotland', has seen a whisky distillery boom since the 2000s, with Sullivans Cove named world's best in 2014; it has the planet's cleanest air and 40% of its area is national parks. Main products include Tasmanian whisky, Atlantic salmon, artisan cheese and truffles.
