Tasmania has gone from zero to 40+ whisky distilleries in 30 years, with Sullivan's Cove winning World's Best Single Malt in 2014 as the first non-Scottish/Japanese distillery to do so. Main products include Tasmanian whisky, Atlantic salmon, abalone, cherries, truffles, and oysters.
