This one-square-kilometer special economic zone is located 80 km southwest of Tashkent and was founded in 2009 by China's Jinsheng Trading with $99.4 million in investment. It hosts 16 companies, including Chinese and joint Uzbek-Chinese enterprises, with tax incentives based on investment volume.
