Jerez gives its name to sherry, an English corruption of 'Jerez'; the solera aging system used here dates to the 18th century and some bodegas still contain 200-year-old casks. Main products include sherry wine such as Fino, Amontillado and Oloroso, plus sherry brandy and sherry vinegar.
