CAIRO TEX, also known as Cairo Fashion and Tex, is the first and only international exhibition in Egypt specializing in yarn, textile, garments, and their trimming supplies and accessories. It is an international fashion, garments, accessories, and textile exhibition held under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and all the Industrial Chambers.

Set in Cairo, Egypt, this international exhibition focuses on yarn, fabrics, garments, and the trims and accessories that bring them together.
