Career fair for apprenticeships, internships, and direct contact with employers

Apprenticeship Day (Tag der Ausbildung) in Norderstedt, Germany, brings young people face to face with employers who offer apprenticeships and internships. It's a career fair that gives students and job seekers a practical way to explore vocational training paths — no endless online research required. Exhibitors from education and marketing present real opportunities, answer questions in person, and explain what day-to-day work in their industries actually looks like. Visitors can compare programs, pick up application tips, and make contacts that often turn into concrete offers. For companies, the event delivers something harder to find elsewhere: direct access to motivated local talent who are actively planning their next step. So whether you're searching for an apprenticeship, an internship, or fresh marketing and education talent, this Norderstedt career fair puts the right people in the same room.
